AI Engineer

Cordial is a customer messaging platform founded in 2014 that helps brands deliver more personal, revenue-driving communication. The company is seeking an AI Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team to define and prototype AI-driven features, collaborate with product and data scientists, and help deploy and monitor ML solutions that solve real marketing problems at scale.

Skills

Machine learning and deep learning model development
Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow
Natural language processing experience
Production ML deployment and model monitoring
Experience with REST API development and database design (NoSQL and RDBMS)
Large-scale data processing and model optimization

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritize prototypes
Design and build AI/ML prototypes through hands-on experimentation and iteration
Work with data scientists and engineers to productionize models and monitoring pipelines
Optimize models and data pipelines for large-scale datasets and performance
Implement REST APIs and data integrations to enable ML-driven product features
Document designs, share results with stakeholders, and drive adoption of successful prototypes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
