Job Description
Commercial Accounts Clerk assists in a variety of job duties, including billing and collections of commercial pest and termite service sold as a corporate account. In addition, serves as a single point of contact for corporate accounts and organizes service requests, callbacks and additional sales inquires.
Specific Duties Include:
- Address phone and email inquiries professionally and respond to customer requests.
- Organize, communicate and expedite customer information in a manner promoting superior service quality.
- Monitor corporate accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.
- Review Collection reports and contact customers concerning late balances.
- Communicate with supervision concerning delinquent accounts.
- Check figures, postings and documents to ensure they are correct, mathematically accurate and properly coded.
- Accurate execution and completion of paperwork
- Be able to multi-task and work under time constraints.
- Other duties as assigned.
Saturdays and evening work may be required at times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills including the use of email
- Excellent communication skills, proper grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to perform basic math computation
- Reliable in attendance with a great attitude and work ethic
- Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to type a minimum of 25-30 WPM with 100% accuracy
- An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
