Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Analyze training needs and improve training plans through various instructional methods.
- Use role playing, simulations, exercises, and discussions to engage trainees.
- Serve as a leadership role model, maintaining company credibility and positive image.
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Perform additional assigned duties as required.
