Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly close cycle, general ledger activities, and financial reporting adhering to U.S. GAAP standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and executive teams to support audits, payroll, and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI to streamline accounting activities.
- Manage integration and consolidation of financial reporting processes and ensure internal controls and accounting policies compliance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
