Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate IT Project Managers' quality and efficiency through reporting and KPIs
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, and benchmarks for the PMO
- Manage multiple projects including timelines, risk registers, status reports, and budgets
- Coordinate technical resources across IT and customer departments for hardware and software implementation
- Gather and document business and technical requirements, create scopes of work and contracts
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to review proposals and allocate resources
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Apply business analyst skills such as process mapping and requirements documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
