Responsibilities
- Drive and oversee a portfolio of technical programs delivering Marqeta’s online services modernization
- Manage engineering efforts to ensure data platform services are secure, compliant, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient
- Establish strong partnerships and agile processes to respond to evolving business needs
- Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives with key stakeholders
- Develop and execute communication and reporting plans for multiple stakeholder audiences including executives
- Manage risks, schedules, and blockers to facilitate team problem-solving
- Validate assumptions with data and define success metrics to guide program improvements
- Recommend enhancements to TPM standards to improve PMO service quality
- Apply scrum and agile methodologies to improve delivery across engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM field, or equivalent experience
