Specialty Needed:
Family Practice/Sports Medicine BC or BE, DO or MD
Starting Salary:
First year’s salary is guaranteed as well as full benefits. There is a productivity bonus plan in year one and full productivity plan in year two and beyond.
Call Schedule:
Call is split weekly between existing MD and PA, call rotation would be every 3 weeks by phone only, hospitalist team available to support the practice.
Benefits:
Health Insurance for physician and family, malpractice insurance, $1,500 per year CME allowance, up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses and 20 paid days off plus holidays are covered. Employees are eligible to participate in 401k through Fidelity after 60 days of employment.
Company Paid Benefits:
All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) fee schedule for HDHP Plan participants. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays for primary physician, specialist physician and urgent care visits as well as a lower employee coinsurance. This applies to both employees and dependents.
