- Rapidly launching, iterating and optimizing new and existing features and products to grow Coinbase.
- Building resilient and scalable systems that unlock growth at scale, and enable us to build, maintain and iterate on features and products even faster.
- Touching all parts of the stack including: web, mobile, backend, data and ML.
- Lead multiple growth engineering teams, in partnership with product, design and data to build products and mission critical systems to deliver company growth.
- Partner with senior growth engineering leaders to drive engineering quality and excellence across all products and systems that enable company growth.
- Partner with growth leadership to build a world class growth engineering organization through hiring, developing, and promoting a culture of high velocity execution, delivering impact and operating with agency.
- Strong track record of leading high functioning engineering teams to repeatedly deliver significant business impact.
- Ability to drive multi-quarter roadmaps with complex organizational dependencies.
- Ability to deliver high quality products and mission critical systems under strict deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Experience working across all parts of the stack.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excited and motivated about delivering impact to the business.
- Previous Growth experience is a plus!

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
