GTM Operations Manager
Skills
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise including system optimization and potential certification.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to build flexible dashboards.
- Project management and process design/redesign experience.
- Experience managing complex deals, renewals, quote-to-cash workflows, and territory planning.
- Expertise with GTM tools such as LeanData, Gong, Planhat is a plus.
- Effective communication and change management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build insightful, actionable reporting and dashboards for GTM performance metrics.
- Own and optimize GTM systems including Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Planhat, and Apollo.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and support growth.
- Define, document, and scale GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Support CPQ tool implementation to streamline quoting, contracting, and renewals.
- Enhance deal desk operations and automate approvals to reduce friction in complex deals.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain high data quality and develop business rules.
- Design and manage compensation plans aligned with organizational goals.
Education
- Relevant educational background supporting GTM, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations roles.
