Core responsibilities will include:
Assist head coach with all aspects of the track & field program including preparation for practice specifically with Pole Vaulters. Understanding and using Pole Vault Training concepts and technical analysis, meet preparation and set up, weight room supervision and assistance, travel and other duties as assigned by the head coach
Demonstrate sincere interest in personal, academic and athletic progress of student-athletes
Exhibit supportive and cooperative behavior pursuing sport programs goals set by head coach
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience coaching high jumpers and combined events or experience high jumping or being a combined athlete is preferred.
A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
