Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication with clear, concise technical writing
- Ability to provide writing samples (500–1,000 words; at least one technical procedure)
- Comfort researching technical topics and asking clarifying questions
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer teams)
- Time-management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects
Responsibilities
- Create and edit product, developer, and support documentation according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable content
- Document new product features and how-to procedures for technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple documentation projects and work independently to meet timelines
- Own, organize, and help maintain product and support content
Education
- Pursuing a degree in English, Technical Communication, or a writing-intensive major
- Coursework or original content demonstrating writing skills (samples acceptable)
