Skills
- Deep domain knowledge in Application Services, Zero Trust, and Networking.
- Strong understanding of web protocols and architecture (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Proven training delivery experience in virtual and classroom settings.
- Curriculum design and lab development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and authoring/presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain subject-matter expertise across Cloudflare product domains and industry trends.
- Design and develop objective-based curricula, labs, demos, and learning paths.
- Build scalable, lab-based learning solutions within sandbox environments.
- Deliver high-impact virtual and in-person technical training to customers and internal teams.
- Adapt complex technical content for audiences from entry-level users to technical architects.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers and partner instructors.
- Manage classroom dynamics, troubleshooting, and interactive virtual session tools.
- Assess learner understanding and iterate on training materials based on feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant training, education, or instructional design coursework preferred.
