We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. We dramatically improve lives by letting professionals turn extra time and ambition into career growth and financial opportunity. We achieve this with our app-based marketplace that connects workplaces and professionals, allowing professionals to book on-demand shifts and workplaces to access on-demand talent.
Clipboard is a fast-growing Series C marketplace. We are a leader in our Long Term Care vertical and are expanding into several others (Dental Offices, Schools, etc).
We are a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of 700+ people. We have been profitable since 2022, and fill millions of shifts annually at partner workplaces across the US, where tens of thousands of professionals work with us every year.
We are looking for your help to keep growing so we can serve more professionals and workplaces.

The Hospital Liaison builds trust, deepens relationships, and expands Clipboard’s presence within the local hospital community.
You’ll spend your days in person — visiting hospitals, grabbing coffee with nursing leaders, checking in with administrators, and being the familiar face they associate with Clipboard. Relationships here aren’t built through presentations or email threads — they’re built one conversation, one check-in, one act of service at a time.
This is a relationship-driven field role with accountability for growth. You’ll nurture existing hospital partners, strengthen Clipboard’s reputation locally, and identify new facilities that could benefit from our platform. Your success will be measured by the depth and breadth of your local relationships, the awareness you build, and the new opportunities those relationships create.
You don’t need to be a career salesperson — we’re looking for someone who feels at home in the hospital community. Ideally, that’s a former nurse, administrator, or healthcare professional who’s spent years building relationships across local facilities, knows the people who make things happen, and genuinely cares about helping their local healthcare system work better. Someone who understands how to listen, connect, and turn trust into long-term partnerships.
Visit hospitals regularly to check in with administrators, DONs, and executives.
Strengthen existing customer relationships through frequent, authentic touchpoints.
Surface and relay feedback, pain points, and operational issues from facilities to internal teams.
Identify and warm up new hospital opportunities through referrals and introductions.
Represent Clipboard Health at local healthcare events, association meetings, and community gatherings.
Support our Hospital Sales Executives by opening doors, building trust, and providing local context that helps close deals.
Deep local roots: You’ve spent years working in hospitals and nursing environments in your community. You know the people who make things happen — from the most seasoned charge nurses to the nursing directors across town — and they know you.
Trusted professional: You carry credibility with nurses, HR, and leadership — because you’ve worked alongside them.
Community-minded: You take pride in strengthening local healthcare — helping your city’s hospitals, nurses, and patients thrive.
Relational over transactional: You love people, remember names, and follow up just because you care.
Great listener: People naturally open up to you — you uncover what’s really going on in a hospital and bring those insights back to help us serve them better.
Self-starter: You thrive with autonomy, manage your own time, and love seeing your local hospitals succeed.
