Treasury Relationship Specialist

Citizens State Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Specialist to provide dedicated support to both our Relationship Banking and Treasury Management teams. This position will be based out of our Hudson, WI office.

In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the bridge between two key departments—helping ensure our clients receive seamless, high-quality service from every angle. You’ll coordinate customer service activities, maintain accurate account documentation, and assist with treasury operations. Your efforts will enhance efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and uphold our commitment to excellence and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Relationship Bankers in managing customer portfolios and preparing relationship reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new business accounts and treasury services.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain treasury documentation, pricing schedules, and service records.
• Support cash management activities and assist in monitoring liquidity and account balances.
• Support compliance and internal control functions by ensuring all documentation meets policy requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between Treasury and Relationship Banking teams.

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Experience in banking, finance, or treasury operations preferred but not required.
• A commitment to providing top-tier customer service and maintaining compliance integrity.
