Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to uncover strategic opportunities and deliver actionable research insights that influence healthcare decisions.

  • Transform large-scale healthcare datasets into clear, compelling stories that guide business strategy and improve patient outcomes.

  • Champion best practices in data analytics and governance, elevating our research capabilities and ensuring high-quality, reproducible results.

  • Identify and interpret trends in complex data, presenting findings in ways that inspire action and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop proposals, manuscripts, reports, and visualizations that communicate the value of our products and services to diverse audiences.

  • Lead and contribute to research projects, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results that matter.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing and analyzing large healthcare datasets (medical and pharmacy claims).
  • Proficiency in statistical software programming (such as SAS, R, STATA, SPSS) and SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct literature reviews, draft study protocols, and complete analytics for research projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Initiative and adaptability to learn quickly, become a subject matter expert, and meet established timelines.

Preferred:

  • Degree in epidemiology, public health, health outcomes, health services research, Pharmacoeconomics, health economics, or a related quantitative/social science field.

  • PhD with at least 1 year of applied research experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s with 6+ years of applied healthcare research in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of medical diagnosis, procedure, and pharmacy coding schemas (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, SNOMED).

  • Understanding of real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
