Responsibilities
- Design and optimize marketing web pages and campaigns balancing storytelling, usability, and conversion performance.
- Partner with growth marketers and content leads to build web experiences driving acquisition, education, and trust.
- Create scalable design patterns for layouts, components, and microinteractions tailored to marketing needs.
- Use data tools like heatmaps, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing to inform design iterations.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to produce high-performance, responsive designs across screen sizes.
- Contribute to CMS best practices and help scale visual standards for self-serve updates.
- Stay updated on web trends, tools, and innovations to continuously push creative and technical boundaries.
