As a Cheer Health RN, you will provide high quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, develop, and implement personalized plan of care.

Responsibilities to include:
- Complete assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
- Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
- Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, medication management, disease management
- Highly organized at providing and documenting care
- Current, unrestricted California license
- Cell phone with internet access
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred - home health experience
Cheer Offers:
- Hourly Rate: $50-70, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
