Occupational Therapist Home Health, La Jolla

Hourly Pay Range: $48-$75

Hello! We are seeking a licensed and registered occupational therapist to provide comprehensive in-home wellness and independence evaluations for older adults. This role includes conducting home safety and aging-in-place assessments, strength and mobility check-ups, daily self-care and home-management reviews, and screenings for functional fitness and endurance. You will also support clients through lifestyle, habit, and meaningful activity reviews, as well as emotional well-being and quality-of-life check-ins. This position offers the opportunity to guide clients with personalized lifestyle and wellness consultations to help them maintain independence and thrive at home.

• Active California Occupational Therapy License
• 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• Valid California drivers license and car insurance
• Cell Phone with Internet Access
