Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Chartbeat Inc. is a global leader in media analytics and revenue solutions serving enterprise publishers and media brands. The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will own full-cycle recruiting, build scalable TA processes and systems, and partner across People & Culture to attract and hire top talent globally, with emphasis on tech/SaaS roles and hiring in the UK/Europe.

  • Knowledge of diversity hiring best practices and global hiring norms

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the company from entry-level to senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Serve as the employer brand ambassador and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, calibrate interview teams, and manage interview processes.
  • Lead offer strategy, compensation conversations, and candidate negotiations in partnership with the Chief People Officer.
  • Manage relationships and performance with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Build out and optimize Greenhouse workflows, permissions, and reporting to support recruiting operations.
  • Partner with Marketing on employer branding and with People & Culture on onboarding and HR projects.
  • Define and report on recruiting metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, diversity metrics).
  • Design and drive diversity and inclusion strategies across sourcing and hiring.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required)
