Cengage Group is seeking a Sr Manager of Corporate Communications to oversee and enhance internal communication programs across the organization, working closely with executives to drive engagement and support cultural initiatives.
Responsibilities: Lead internal communications programs, partner with leadership for strategic communication initiatives, maintain strong relationships across the organization, and measure program effectiveness.
Skills: Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in internal/external communications, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and proficiency in communication across various platforms.
Qualifications: Graduate degree is preferred, along with experience in corporate messaging and storytelling, and strong writing and presentation skills.
Location: This position is fully remote within the United States.
Compensation: $101900 - $132450 / Annually

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
