Responsibilities: Oversee large-scale business transformations, enhance product operating models, lead generative AI initiatives, champion process simplification, and guide executive partners in change management.
Skills: 10+ years in transformation/change management, experience in managing large-scale evolutions, knowledge of Agile/Lean practices, outstanding communication skills, and team management experience.
Qualifications: PROSCI certification preferred, advanced Agile certification, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and experience in the EdTech industry are strong advantages.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
