We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Acquisitions Coordinator to support our Partnerships and Acquisitions Team. This role is central to the day-to-day running of our partner acquisition function, ensuring smooth operations, efficient scheduling, preparing presentations and the delivery of high-quality materials that drive our commercial success.

 

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Partnership Acquisitions team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and delivery of pitch decks, proposals, and reports for prospective partners
  • Maintain and update the pipeline tracker, CRM systems, and internal databases to ensure accurate deal flow records
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for partnership proposals and contracts
  • Support with research and data gathering on brands, markets, and sponsorship categories to inform sales strategies
  • Liaise with internal teams (creative, partnerships, marketing, and legal) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of materials
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for senior commercial leaders

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft polished, professional materials
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Passion for motorsport, global sport, or premium brand partnerships is highly desirable
