Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and value in early childhood education.
Responsibilities: Manage full-funnel lifecycle strategies, design cross-channel marketing journeys, drive segmentation strategies, lead a team of marketers, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Skills: Expertise in Lifecycle, CRM, or Retention Marketing, experience with marketing automation tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 4+ years of relevant experience including team management, and a background in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business is preferred.

Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs across both prospects and existing customers. You are a seasoned lifecycle or CRM marketing leader with a deep understanding of customer journeys, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable building the vision while also rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
You are a natural people leader who knows how to coach, inspire, and grow high-performing marketers. You bring a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and operational discipline to drive measurable business impact across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs.
