  • Leading or supporting consultation groups around specific topic areas

  • As a people leader, supporting trainees with career growth, performance management, and other needs

  • Maintain an active clinical caseload (up to ~50% of your time), delivering evidence-based care to children and teens (up to age 18), including: diagnostic evaluations, ongoing therapy using evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care best practices, care plan development

  • Conducting psychological testing for common concerns, including learning disorders, executive functioning, and autism spectrum disorders.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development

  • Extensive experience treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and other similar presentations using evidence based interventions, including exposure, parent management training, habit reversal training, behavioral activation, and others.

  • Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements

  • A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care
