We are looking for a highly capable front-end React junior developer to join our growing web engineering team. As a front-end developer, you will take ownership of translating the builds of our creative design team into transformative, performant web experiences. Collaborating with our API and back-end application developers, you will be building front-end components and delivering performant web experiences to millions of users, from rapid prototyping to the final product.

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

• Program software solutions in accordance with business requirements
• Build Components and Screens leveraging the latest React Frameworks
• Write well tested and accesible code
• Engage in knowledge sharing opportunities for the engineering team
• Collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Connect with the software development community and track latest trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or relevant experience in computer software engineering
• Experience writing code in a modern React web application
• Experience developing to inclusive design best practices, up to and beyond meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards
• Understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility and behaviors
• Demonstrated experience with well-organized & structured markup (HTML, CSS, LESS)
• Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, including React.
• Experience with newer CSS concepts such as feature queries, grid layout, scss, etc.
• Experience with building, maintaining and optimizing responsive web apps; proficient at writing reusable UI code.
• Experience with the REST architectural style and making API calls from frontend code and managing associated state and frontend responsiveness
• Experience with Git, including how to manage and handle merge conflicts as well as working in an environment with a strict Git process such as git-flow
• Should have good understanding of information security procedures (such as information security incident reporting) and baseline controls (such as password security, malware controls and clear desks).
