Skills
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and willingness to work across the stack.
- Experience with warehouses, ETL/pipelines, and SQL in enterprise settings.
- Knowledge of semantic layers, metadata, or knowledge graphs for context management.
- Experience tuning and operating LLM/AI applications (prompting, RAG, context management, agents).
- Proven track record of customer-facing technical delivery, including requirements gathering and implementation.
- Ability to write production-grade code and operate in customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Own deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Bobsled AI data agents for a small book of enterprise accounts.
- Develop deep subject-matter expertise in each customer's data layer, semantic/context layer, and operational workflows.
- Design and implement context ingestion, data pipeline integrations, and agent orchestration for reliable, high-performing deployments.
- Write and ship production-grade code to customize and extend the Bobsled platform for customer-specific needs.
- Work directly with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype rapidly, iterate on solutions, and perform high-touch troubleshooting in customer environments.
- Monitor and evaluate deployed solutions, implement improvements, and establish feedback loops to drive performance gains.
- Document best practices, reusable patterns, and deployment primitives to accelerate future implementations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to surface field insights and influence platform roadmap.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
