Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and Snowflake data models integrating ERP, MES, and shop-floor systems.
- Design, build, and iterate Tableau dashboards reporting manufacturing KPIs (throughput, downtime, cycle time, scrap, inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, capacity).
- Collaborate with plant managers, operations, and engineering to translate production workflows into data solutions and real-time visualizations.
- Lead Tableau training and dashboard adoption sessions for manufacturing and operations staff.
- Optimize BI solutions to support lean initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enable strategic decision-making.
- Validate and troubleshoot data quality issues originating from shop-floor and enterprise systems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
