We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data Scientist to join us as a short-term contractor with the potential to be hired full time. In this role, you’ll collaborate with practice leaders, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business challenges using data science and AI-driven approaches. You’ll work on end-to-end data science initiatives, with opportunities to design and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for Rx procurement and refill planning.
• Lead projects involving time-series forecasting, optimization, and reinforcement learning for large-scale healthcare operations.
• Apply expertise in Python, Databricks, Vertex AI, Snowflake, and SQL to build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Strong background in time-series modeling, optimization, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake; experience with Vertex AI or equivalent cloud ML platforms is a plus.
• Solid understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical supply chain processes preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Specialty Rx Procurement - Machine Learning, Optimization 

This is a contract role through the end of the year with the potential to be hired full time if the project is extended.  No C2C please.
