Company Overview
Bioscope.ai, Inc. is a healthcare technology company building AI-powered software that interprets whole human genome sequencing (WGS), longitudinal EMR data, and other clinical inputs to support concierge and precision-medicine physicians in delivering proactive, personalized care. Our platform translates complex genomic and clinical data into actionable, evidence-based insights at the point of care.
Bioscope.ai was founded by Donald Brown, M.D., a physician-entrepreneur with deep experience at the intersection of medicine, genomics, and technology.
Position Summary
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will serve as the senior clinical partner to the founder and executive team, shaping how AI-driven genomic and EMR insights are responsibly integrated into real-world concierge medicine. This is a rare opportunity for a physician-leader to influence not only a product, but an emerging standard of care for high-touch, preventive, and precision medicine practices.
The CMO will ensure Bioscope.ai’s platform is clinically credible, deeply practical for concierge physicians, and aligned with evolving standards, while maintaining physician autonomy and judgment at the center of care.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, with direct influence over product design, clinical content, validation, physician adoption, and external credibility.
Why This Role Is Unique for a Top-Tier Concierge Medicine Physician
Direct Impact on the Future of Concierge Care: Shape how whole genome sequencing and longitudinal clinical data are used in everyday concierge practice—moving beyond reactive medicine to proactive, anticipatory care.

Physician-First AI: Help define an AI platform built explicitly for physicians—not replacing judgment, but augmenting clinical insight with explainable, evidence-based intelligence.
Unmatched Data Depth: Guide the responsible clinical use of full WGS, pharmacogenomics, polygenic risk, family history, labs, and EMR data in a single integrated view.
Clinical Autonomy Preserved: Design guardrails that respect concierge physicians’ independence while enhancing consistency, quality, and outcomes.
National Thought Leadership: Become a visible voice in precision and concierge medicine through speaking, publishing, and shaping best practices.
Equity-Level Influence: Participate meaningfully in the company’s long-term value creation through executive equity and strategic leadership.
