Skills
- Strong C# and ASP.NET (Core or Framework) experience with Web API
- Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server performance tuning
- Hands-on Azure experience (App Service, Azure SQL, Functions, Key Vault)
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions and infrastructure-as-code mindset
- Frontend proficiency with Vue 3 and TypeScript, modern build tooling (Vite, npm)
- Designing secure, observable, and maintainable production systems
- Experience making technical tradeoffs and guiding teams through ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the team’s technical direction and architecture aligned with platform goals
- Lead delivery of high-impact features from discovery through deployment, observability, and iteration
- Break down complex initiatives into actionable plans and guide the team through technical decisions
- Own code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering standards
- Coordinate with product, design, and data teams to align roadmaps and integrations
- Mentor engineers, provide constructive feedback, and elevate team practices
- Identify and remove blockers to keep the team on schedule and maintain execution quality
- Participate in cross-team forums and represent the team on technical matters
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
