As Director of Growth, you will lead and scale Bandit’s growth engine, driving acquisition, retention, and community expansion. This role is about blending creative strategy with analytical rigor and requires a leader who can own P&L-driven growth while staying deeply rooted in Bandit’s culture of design and running.

Salary: $180,000 + equity.

Lead the curation and scaling of Bonfiire’s premium venue supply, using AI, automation, and partnerships to build a high-quality marketplace from our Palo Alto office.
