Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Preparing borrowing base reports, funding requests and monthly servicer reports
• Managing and enhancing financial models focused on asset selection and predictive analytics ensuring compliance with Credit Agreements
• Analyzing and reporting portfolio and performance trends to internal stakeholders
• Monitoring and ensuring full compliance with debt covenants, including back-up servicer and verification process requirements
• Managing lender audits for warehouse and securitization facilities
• Supporting automation efforts and technology infrastructure supporting the capital markets function
• Implementing controls and monitoring of processes and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Coordinating and preparing necessary material for investor presentations, management reporting, and other necessary reporting requests
• Performing ad-hoc analyses, provide decision support, and perform other duties as assigned
• Developing and maintaining strong communication with cross-functional departments on Treasury related matters

Qualifications

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets or similar role
• Working knowledge of warehouse lending and securitization markets
• Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Some proficiency in SQL, Snowflake preferred

*Role is based out of our Greenville, SC Office*

Base Salary: $80,000 - $115,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
