ServiceNow Technical Architect (Remote)-Now Assist
Skills
- Deep ServiceNow platform expertise across core product suite and scoped app development.
- Proven Agile delivery experience including sprint planning, story assessment, and estimating.
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub), SSO/LDAP, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/AngularJS) preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills: leading workshops, presenting technical approaches, and advising stakeholders.
- Code migration and release management experience across ServiceNow instances.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned to client requirements and best practices.
- Lead technical delivery across Agile engagements, including sprint planning, story decomposition, and backlog prioritization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and consultants; conduct code reviews and oversee instance migrations.
- Estimate effort for technical work, communicate progress and risks to engagement leadership, and support Go-Live planning.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and collaborate with business process consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable IP, and platform innovation initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ongoing professional training or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
