Responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of Commercial Real Estate relationships to achieve efficiencies and quality of the process and product, assist in the retention and expansion of existing client relationships, growth of total client assets and net growth in relationships. Primary performance responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of both new loan and renewal/modification requests (including adherence to Lending Policy), preparing comprehensive credit presentations, and monitoring loan performance to ensure timely and accurate risk ratings. Assist Relationship Managers and other Portfolio Managers with various underwriting models and templates. Participate in special projects as needed.Job Accountabilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Finance or Accounting required.
Experience
3-5 Commercial Real Estate or Credit Approval required.
3-5 years handling complex credits preferred.
0-2 years Sales experience preferred.
0-2 years Formal Credit Training preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
CFA-Charted Financial Analyst by start date Preferred
Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. Preferred by start date.
