Skills
- Minimum 4 years technical sourcing or recruiting experience with hires for engineering/software roles.
- Strong technical literacy with understanding of modern tech stacks and software development processes.
- Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS), Boolean search, and candidate research techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage and influence technical talent.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to refine sourcing strategies.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, social, market research) to identify passive and active technical candidates.
- Engage and nurture prospects with tailored messaging and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for software and technical roles to ensure steady candidate flow.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize workflows and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Document candidate activity and progress in the applicant tracking system.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in recruiting or a technical field.
- Relevant recruiting certifications or coursework (preferred, not required).
