Skills
- 3+ years client-facing recruiting or related experience
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring leaders
- Proven sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, outbound campaigns
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for Manufacturing, Production, or Supply Chain roles
- Strong verbal and written communication and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a small team
- Availability to be onsite/hybrid in Columbus, OH
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit to maintain high interview-to-offer ratios
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and targeted campaigns
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing/production roles, including pipeline tracking and reporting
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to intake requirements, calibrate profiles, and set hiring strategy
- Drive diverse candidate slates and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Represent Anduril’s employer brand internally and externally
- Leverage internal resources and data to optimize sourcing and selling the company value proposition
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of formal degree
