- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to work with engineering/product teams.
- Experience with business systems like ERP, MRP, MES or analogous operational platforms.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Authorization as a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information or facilities.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through implementation and adoption.
- Work across hardware and software domains to improve Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Ops, Finance, HR, and Recruiting workflows.
- Analyze and document data and process flows across ERP, MRP, and MES systems to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Build analytics and tooling ranging from ad-hoc analyses to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
- Lead project management activities: coordinate stakeholders, run meetings, and manage digital communication to drive outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to add structure, insight, and velocity to high-priority operational challenges.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, data science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or equivalent experience is a plus but not required.
