- 5+ years documenting and developing system requirements and verification artifacts.
- Experienced in decomposing complex systems into executable requirements.
- Expertise in developing and executing detailed test plans, cases, and procedures.
- Proficient with MBSE using Cameo Systems Modeler and systems modeling concepts.
- Able to present technical findings to technical leadership, company leadership, and customers.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and tests to ensure system compliance.
- Collaborate across hardware and software teams to track requirements and assess impact of changes from concept through production.
- Design, implement, and maintain detailed test cases, test procedures, and test plans based on system requirements.
- Assess design and test coverage against requirements using requirements management tools.
- Build and integrate system models using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Apply end-to-end hardware and software evaluation methodologies including performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
- Contribute technical inputs to proposals, including engineering execution plans and verification strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, computer, systems, software) or related technical field preferred.
- Advanced degree (MS) in a related discipline is beneficial but not required.
- Relevant professional training or certifications in systems engineering, MBSE, or test engineering are a plus.
