- Strategic sourcing and supplier development experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen supply chain resilience
- Identify, qualify, and establish partnerships with strategic suppliers for radar, sensors and mission systems
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and long‑term agreements
- Manage supplier industrialization for NPI and scale-up to mass production, including audits and technical capability assessments
- Drive supplier continuous improvement to improve yield, quality (PPM), lead times, and on‑time delivery
- Build and lead a high‑performing sourcing and supplier industrialization team
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and operations on DFM and cost reduction initiatives
- Track and report key performance metrics and implement scalable supplier management processes
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate supplier risks
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related technical field (required)
- Master’s or doctorate in engineering or supply chain management (preferred)
- Eligibility to obtain/maintain U.S. TS clearance (preferred)
