The mission of an Engineering Manager is to drive the healthy growth of the engineering organization. The Porto team is responsible for the entire self-custody experience, this includes the management and transferring of digital assets, staking assets, interacting with onchain smart contracts, and much more! We are an end to end team, comprised of backend, frontend, and iOS engineers which allows us to truly own the product.
