The Amazon Leo Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Sr Operations Technical Program Manager to drive technical manufacturing and supply chain operations Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) destined for our satellites. The successful candidate will manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production processes while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and delivery requirements.

**This position will be based on site in Carson City, Nevada.**

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive PCBA supply chain execution and strategies to support high-volume satellite production while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, delivery and risk mitigation
• Lead supplier qualification, and relationship management for complex, high-reliability PCBA manufacturing
• Drive technical alignment between design teams, manufacturing partners, and quality engineering to optimize PCBA manufacturability and yield
• Create and manage contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including multi-sourcing strategies and geographical risk diversification
• Partner with engineering and hardware teams to influence PCB design decisions that impact supply chain resilience
• Lead cross-functional programs to qualify new PCBA technologies and manufacturing processes

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $148,700/year up to $201,200/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
