Property Preservation Coordinator

We are looking for a Property Preservation Coordinator to help support increased volume in our portfolio in the Property Preservation unit of Altisource.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Review and issue property preservation bids and work orders in accordance with client-specific requirements and checklists.
• Prepare bid estimates for required services using a cost estimator tool, ensuring alignment with client guidelines.
• Coordinate with subcontracted vendors to schedule and complete work orders, track estimated completion dates, and ensure compliance with client frequency requirements.
• Communicate with clients to submit bids, provide justification for requested work, and respond to inquiries or revisions.
• Monitor work order progress, escalate delays or issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems and client portals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

• Experience with Mortgage Documents including reviewing deeds, foreclosure filings and dismissals
• Associate should have basic knowledge about US Mortgage.
• Ability to pivot from one project to the next quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
• Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail (Essential)
• Comfort level in communicating with city officials
• Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast past environment (Essential) 
• 0-5 years of work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired)
