Job Description
Job Summary:
The Event Assistant helps coordinate and execute company events, ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after each event. Perfect for someone energetic, organized, and comfortable working with people.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown
Help with promotional materials and event communications
Maintain inventory of event supplies
Provide onsite support to ensure quality attendee experience
Work closely with the event manager and team to meet deadlines
