Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing professional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvement

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Adaptability and professionalism under pressure
