Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Communications Agent to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing internal and external communication strategies to support our clients’ branding and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, problem solver, and detail-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging communications materials

• Coordinate press releases, newsletters, internal memos, and client updates

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent communication flow

• Assist in planning and executing public relations and media outreach campaigns

• Monitor media coverage and report on communications effectiveness

• Maintain company messaging guidelines and brand voice across platforms

• Support crisis communication efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or PR role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of communication tools
