Data Analytics Manager
Skills
- Expert SQL and experience building BigQuery tables and Looker reports
- Strong data modeling, ETL/pipeline and data warehousing experience
- Experience with Python or R for analysis and statistical modeling
- Proven ability to lead analysts and deliver cross-functional analytics projects
- Solid visualization and dashboarding skills to drive business decisions
- Experience with mobile marketing, ASO, or online ads
- Familiarity with modern analytics stack (Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Presto, Spark)
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage team tasks and deliverables to meet company goals and vision
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects using advanced data modeling and statistical techniques
- Define and implement consistent measurement standards and reporting processes
- Build and maintain Looker reports and BigQuery tables for internal and client use
- Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and data validation best practices
- Serve as analytics subject-matter expert and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with BD and product teams on product positioning and ASO strategy
- Support stakeholders by resolving issues, answering questions, and documenting solutions
- Mentor, hire, train, and retain a high-performing analytics team
- Stay current on ASO and mobile marketing trends and integrate them into analyses
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS) in a quantitative field preferred but not required
