Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and refine product vision and purpose across teams
- Drive continuous product discovery using UX research to prioritize user needs
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and presentations for stakeholders and teams
- Lead agile delivery: prioritize work, break down problems, and enable iterative value delivery
- Balance strategic planning with tactical execution and early validation of assumptions
- Build trust-based relationships with teammates and stakeholders and navigate constraints
- Escalate and manage product issues and support team self-organization
Education
- Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred/recognized
- Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience considered
