Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure integrations and system architectures.
- Develop and maintain automations and integrations using REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement and iterate on identity and access management solutions (SSO, SCIM) and related governance.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, incident response, and documentation.
- Improve operational reliability with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and runbooks; mentor team members.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ongoing professional development in cloud, security, or automation tooling preferred.
