Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective and current residents presenting the apartment community positively
- Manage sales and administrative duties including lease documentation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community features and fair housing policies
- Inspect community and units to ensure market readiness and coordinate with Maintenance
- Serve as first point of contact for prospect and resident inquiries in person and via technology
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to support occupancy goals
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts
- Conduct tours and support leasing processes including lease preparation and guest card completion
- Use property management and CRM software to track resident information and leasing activities
- Collaborate with community staff to meet resident needs effectively
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
