Accenture’s Consulting Summer Analyst (Internship) Program

Jumpstart your career with the Accenture Consulting Summer Analyst (Internship)* Development Program. Use your strengths to help top clients tackle real business challenges while exploring how technology can drive innovation and transformation.

*Internship program starts in June and runs approximately 10 weeks 

What Your Summer Role Could Look Like… 

  • Be part of a meaningful summer project where your ideas and input truly matteryou’ll help solve real business problems using the latest tech and tools, culminating with an internship deliverable and presentation.  

  • Collaborate in-person with your team, clients, and company leaders to build relationships, learn from others, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace. 

  • Build core consulting skills while helping clients drive transformation and create meaningful impact. 

  • Provide support in strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives. 

  • Analyze data to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and inform business decisions. 

  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics. 

  • Receive ongoing support and guidance from a mentor (or "buddy") who’ll help you grow professionally and navigate your summer experience. 

  • Apply soft skills, including communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities.  

 

Consulting Sourcing & Procurement Summer Analyst: 

  • Synthesize complex and disparate data sources to identify and segment client spend and opportunities for savings 

  • Execute savings opportunity diagnostics based on market and industry intel 

  • Deliver savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, including spend analysis, benchmarking, RFPs, supplier negotiations, should-cost modeling, and other cost optimization methodologies 

 

Consulting Industry X Summer Analyst: 

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies like Big Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Robotics, and 5G. 

  • Apply modern tech and operational models to improve areas such as manufacturing, maintenance, and quality control. 

  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance productivity, product quality, worker safety, and sustainability in a real-world digital environment. 

This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients. 

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering) with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. 

  • Prior internship or work experience. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior internship experience in a technology, consulting, or related field. 

  • Strong core consulting skillset, focused in using data driven methodologies to drive strategic insights 

  • Exceptional project management skills and analytical aptitude 

  • Held a leadership position(s) through student organizations or extracurricular activities. 

  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development. 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
